by the owners themselves. Here the atmosphere of the past is combined
with modern comfort by tasteful antique furniture and high quality beds
to ensure you perfect relaxation. We welcome you for a summer, spring or autum stay in Iceland with all the comforts of a private home.
The residence is centrally located in the historic heart of Reykjavik.
Museums, art galleries, theaters and restaurants are all easily within
walking distance. Laugavegur Street, which is Reykjavik’s main shopping street, is just around the corner and lively day and night. Shopping
for food is convenient at the nearby Bonus grocery store and the Sandholt
Bakery makes its own fresh bread every morning. Iceland’s best
coffeehouses, restaurants, and gourmet shops are all within a short
distance.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 8 beds.
Every room has its own in-room wash hand basin and a TV. The bathroom is
comfortable with a shower and a tub, and the kitchen is fully equipped
with cooking utensils, refrigerator, an electric stove, a coffie machine
and a toaster. The sitting/dining room area can easily sit 10 persons,
in the charm of an old style setting.
