Rent a nice little house in historic downtown Reykjavik.
Our little house is a fully-furnished holiday home with self-catering facilities. It sleeps six, but is best suited for four adults and two children. The house is over a hundred years old and is on three floors, although the size is only 82 square meters in total. Around the house is a garden with tables and chairs for communal use with our other guests lodging in the apartments and B & B in our other houses. The little house has undergone a successful restoration by its owners and retains its original character. The ground floor has full ceiling height, approx. 250 cm, while the attic and basement have a height of around 180 cm. The house combines the atmosphere of the old days with modern amenities, tasteful furnishings and quality beds to ensure complete relaxation. We welcome you to stay in the summer, spring, autumn and winter with all the benefits of living in a private home. The house is centrally located in Reykjavik's historic downtown. Museums, galleries, theatres and restaurants are all within walking distance. Laugavegur, the main shopping avenue in Reykjavik, is just around the corner and bustling with life both day and night. Food can be bought at the nearby Bonus supermarket and Sandholt bakery bakesfresh bread every morning. Iceland's best cafes, restaurants and gourmet shops are all within easy walking distance.
Our little house has 6 quality beds, 3 in the attic and 3 in the basement area, and everything is clean and cosy.
The bathroom is neat and clean with a new toilet, sink and shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
The living room has a dining table for 6 persons, a sofa and TV.
Bed linen and towels, wireless internet access and all taxes are included in the price.
Please note that due to the two stairs leading to the attic and down to the basement area, the little house is not suitable for very young children.
